There are different types of translation services; depending on the documents you need to translate into Spanish. Some of them might require an exact word-by-word translation into Spanish, but have you thought about how much sense it makes? What is your overall goal? Is it to provide the information in Spanish, or is it that your Spanish-speaking communities can read and understand your documents? If so, we might need to translate the documents in such a way that makes better sense to your intended readers.

Interpretation
Creating a space for interpretation is critical to enhance communication. Mariana is committed to provide the best quality interpretation from Spanish to English so that all feel safe and represented.
There are different ways to providing interpretation –
Consecutive
Where the speaker conveys a message in short sentences, and then the interpreter conveys in the different language. The final user can express themselves in their language and then the interpreter conveys it to the other speaker.
This type of interpretation is mostly used for events like teacher/parent conferences, doctor´s appointments or small group gathering, where there is one or two people that speak a different language besides the ones relating the main message.
Simultaneous
Where the interpreter is following the main message very closely, a few seconds behind. It is suggested that participants use interpretation equipment so that they can listen to the message in their language of their heart.
This type of interpretation is mostly used when we have a big audience, such as conferences, presentations, etc.
The type of interpretation is suggested depending on the type of event you will be hosting. Mariana would like to have a deep understanding of what the intent of the event is and how it is going to be presented, so we can plan on the best style of interpretation.
